A startup MVP website usually takes 2–3 weeks, a growth build 3–5 weeks, and a full enterprise system 6–10 weeks. Mobile apps start at around 4 weeks. Branding and design-only projects are often finished in 5–10 days. Your exact timeline is confirmed in writing before we begin.

We work on a 40 / 30 / 30 milestone split: 40% advance to reserve your slot and begin, 30% once the design or core build is approved, and the final 30% on delivery and handover. Invoices are in USD and we accept bank transfer, Wise, and Payoneer.

Every project includes two full revision rounds at each major milestone — design and build — at no extra cost. Revisions inside the agreed scope are always free. Requests that add new features or change the agreed direction are quoted separately so there are no surprises on either side.

Yes. Once the final payment clears, full ownership of the source code, design files, and all custom assets transfers to you in writing. You get the Figma files, the repository, and everything needed to maintain or move the project elsewhere. We never hold your project hostage.

Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support covering bug fixes and minor adjustments. After that you can move to one of our monthly care plans starting at $99/month, or simply pay hourly when you need something.

Yes, gladly. Send us your NDA before the discovery call and we will sign it, or we can provide our standard mutual NDA. All client work is treated as confidential by default whether or not an NDA is in place.

If you are not satisfied after the first design round, tell us and we will refund your advance in full, no argument. After work is underway, refunds are handled on a pro-rata basis for the work not yet delivered. The details are in our Refund & Revision Policy.

Our team works in PKT (UTC+5) and we keep overlapping hours with Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and US mornings. We reply to every message within one business day over email, WhatsApp, or Slack — whatever you prefer.

Yes. We can set up hosting, domains, SSL, and email for you, or deploy onto infrastructure you already own. Hosting and domain fees are billed at cost with no markup — you keep the accounts in your own name.

It gives a realistic indicative range based on the scope of projects we deliver regularly. It is not a binding quote. Once we understand your specific requirements on a short discovery call, we send a fixed written proposal so you know the exact number before committing.

Yes — most of our clients are founders and small teams. We will tell you honestly what is achievable within your budget and what should wait for a later phase, rather than overselling you a scope you do not need yet.

Small changes in the first 30 days are covered free. Beyond that, you can request a quote for one-off work or take a monthly care plan that includes a set number of change hours every month.
